Run Outlook add in menu item

My company uses ZixSelect to encrypt e-mails.
In my VBA code, I am creating and sending e-mails that I want to encrypt.
From within the code, I want to press the "ZixSelect" button that appears in an add in menu bar of the Outlook application.
