Hello
I have 3 report that I need to run with +20 dealers. One report for each dealer. Is there a way to all 3 reprots at the same time for each dealer?

Or if you have other suggestions please reply.

Thanks

You could group by dealer in your report and set force new page property for the dealer footer to after section. That way each dealer would start on a new page.

That way you could run the report for all dealers.

To run them all at the same time, or rather in series make a button that runs one report. Build on its click event and modify the code to run more than one report.

Duplicate the lines that have "stdocname =" and "docmd.openreport" and modify the "stdocname" line to be the name of the other reports.

ok now they changed their mind.

I would like now to run 3 reports in one so when I click on the report to run it, it displays all three reports but on different pages with the same criteria.

any help? thanks

Have all three reports based on criteria that points to controls on the form.

Then run them either individually, or make them all sub reports in a Main Report.

Naturally, if you make the subreports, you have to condsider things like page headers not being the same etc.

I'll try that. But for now I created a litle form with a text field to enter the dealer name and command button which opens the 3 reprots at the same time with the criteria entered in the text field.

Thank, i'll post any updates.
