How do I run a macro on the first day of the current month?

In a console windows type at /?
In the access help have a look at the /x command line option.

Hope This Helps, PH.

I forgot about Scheduled Tasks with Windows 2000. I used it to set the macro to run on the first of every month.

Sorry to hi-jack this, I have a similar problem. What I am trying to do is have the database back it self up. deleting the old copy each day, except for the one run on the first of the month that is kept.

Never give up never give in.

There are no short cuts to anything worth doing :)
