Run Greyed out on SMS 2003 reports

Can anyone help me? I did not install the office web tools before installing SMS. Anyone know if there is a way to add the necessary parts to IIS to run the reports? Maybe reinstalling SMS might fix the problem? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you in advance.

Re-run the SMS installation adding the necessary tools. No need to re-install the whole thing.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that did not help. I didn't see any new options when I had it do the repair/reinstall. Anything else I should try? I suppose i could uninstall and reinstall.

Where are you seeing the greyed out reports? It would be helpful to know what interface you are using.

Thank you for getting back to me. I go to the MMC for the sms server and then go to -> site database -> reporting -> reports. when i right click on any report and go to all tasks and try to choose run the submenu run is greyed out. Thanks.

Ahh, try this.

Site Database -> Site Hierachy -> <Site Code> -> Site Settings -> Site Systems -> Right-click on your server -> Select Properties -> Reporting Point tab.

Is 'Use this site system as a reporting point' checked? If not, check it and try to run your reports. You might have to reboot...I don't remember.
