Run fpcount.exe online, Help Please!!!

Hi,
Iam maintaining a site, in which i want to keep hit counter using asp's fpcount.exe,
I have uploaded the _vti_bin folder from

http://wwwroot

folder, and i have added the following code to my page

But its not working properly, always the count is one, i want help from somebody of you, if somebody knows it please help me....
