Run Exe?

Hello friend,

I have a bad problem, ? don't solce it.
I use Sharepoint 3.0, it is work correctly. 15 person use it. Every user has my program which was installed C:\worker\worker.exe

I want to link this exe, then it click, must work. therefore i give a link which file:\\C:\worker\worker.exe, but not work... I click the link, anything isn't maked, only wait...

Please Help,
