How do I make Crystal Reports 9 run inside of Access 2003?

Upon choosing the Crystal Reports Wizard in the add-in's Tools Option in Access, the CR wizard opened promptly, asked which table or query to make reference to... I selected a particular table and then I was prompted for a database password... for which I have none administered for that database.
After failing to provide the correct password I get the following error.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Microsoft Access can't find the wizard, or the wizard has not been installed, or there is a syntax error in the Declarations section of a Visual Basic module."
"The Wizard you need may be missing from the libraries key of Microsoft Office Access section of the Windows registry, or the wizard has been disabled."

The last paragraph (which I didn't include) states to re-install Access and check to see if the wizard is disabled.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I went back and checked the module I have for protection and verified that there was no database protection. I also checked and there were no disabled options in MS Access, and re-installed MS Office and Crystal Reports, all with no success.

I simply can't get Crystal Reports to run inside of MS Access 2003.

I just purchased Crystal Reports 9 Developer partly because of their product (Good reviews from friends with advice to put it in my current project) and because they advertise integration inside of MS Access. But my experience as a seasoned Developer has a lot to be desired (as someone I know puts it... not extremely talented or knowledgeable, but terribly persistant!) I am obviously missing something, I just don't know what yet and I am sure it is something simple.

That particular file rdcvba.mdb in that link just opens a form in access in which you can...
Open a report
Preview a report
Set the Printer Settings
Print a report
Refresh Data
Export a report to PDF
Exit the application

And for my setup... it comes up with an error...
"Your RDC_VBA database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file "crviewer.dll" version 8.0."
There are other errors such as "mouseover events" which can be corrected.
I have briefly looked at how Access makes references...

Which makes me believe it (rdcvba.mdb) is just to open an existing report(s) using vba in access, which is fine but it is not what I need.

Crystal Reports advertised total integration within Access and I still can't get the add-in wizard to work correctly to generate reports and view them within Access or basically bind them with the Access project. There is a file within Crystal's folder to use with the add-in manager and I have manually inserted it with no luck. Honestly I don't know if I have to tweak CR or Access to make it work.

Sorry, I don't have Access 2003 so I can't test it.

Have you checked with Crystal to assure that it's compatable?

I've sent in an email with tech support on their Developer edition and Access integration. That was last week with a reply that they are looking into it.
They advertise integration with Access, not listing versions.
The next step was to make sure I wasn't doing anything really obviously wrong that I didn't know to include in the email (to work with tech support correctly), so I hit the web and the forums to see if other people have had the same problem (your link above was one answer, another concerning Access 2000 with a download of a driver to fix the problem, and one of inserting an activeX control within Access in an older version of Crystal - which actually I haven't done(?)).
In the Report Designer Component folder in which the add-ins are located(?) within Crystal Reports there are two files... craccess2kwz.mde and craccess97wz.mde, I manually inserted the first one after initially using the add-in manager within Access going with the default setup, I briefly had 2 add-in's, closed the window, went back and opened the add-in option and had only one, which makes me assume it is the same file, and that it is not compatable, and not a settings issue within Access (I am still looking into this issue).
Now that is assuming a whole lot, especially from someone new to this experience.
The other thing that would be great to hear is that if other people using XP Pro, Office 2003 Pro, Crystal Reports 9 Developer Edition, have no problems at all, then I would know that I have a conflict somewhere or it is a settings issue within Access.
