Run correct Langauge version of McAfee after Windows 2000 signon

Some background info:
Client is a windows 2000 with Multilingual interface.
Cleints are standard images for english and french users.
I have a few apps installed including McAfeev4.5.
I do silent installs of all client applications.

Anyway, the main challenge for me and the focus of this post
is getting the appropiate language version of McAfee running after
windows 2000 signon.

For example, if a english user sign-ons to windows 2000 client, the
english version of McAfee is running. When an french user sign-ons
to windows 2000 client, the french version of McAfee is running.

I can do a silent install of the product using the MSI package with
no probelm. However, the defaults with the MSI package activate McAfee
on startup. I want to disabled the McAfee services: avsynmgr.exe and
MCShield.exe at startup. Then, I would like to determine which language
version to activate when when the user signons to windows 2000.

Right now, I can manually stop/start the services. How do the samething
using VBScript?
