Run control problem, SQR process

Don't really know how all this ps stuff works together.
I have users complaining of suddenly not being able to send reports directly to printer. I have seen some crystal reports got straight to a printer, using format rpt and the printer name.
I have a run control set to 'printer' but the format options only include things called 'ps', 'lp', 'other', and 'hp', none of which worked when used. I know I have the printer name correct.

Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!

Ps, the difference here is this is an SQR, not a crystal report...
