RUN("PKZIP a b") bombed or produced no result in Windows 2000 Professional (path to PKZIP is known).
- RUN without arguments works fine.

Any idea?

Poetandi,

There is an easy to accomplish what you want by:

1 - From your Clipper program create a batch file ( fcreate() and fwrite() ) with all the commands and parameters you need then save the file ( fclose() ).

2 - From your clipper program, just RUN the batch file.

I do this all the time and it works extremely well.

We also had the problem you encountered when running PKZIP. Try using PKZIP with the "-)" arguement that will force it to run in extended memory. Actually I have forgotten which memory mode but it worked for us.

Oops! I had the "Emoticons/Smileys" option on. The PKZIP arguement is "-)" if I am not mistaken.
