RUN command from Start button

Hi.

I am quite a newbe to CE but I have a question about the start button menu on CE5:
I have 2 different PNA where one has the RUN command accessible via Start Button, the other has not.
Is there any way to have that RUN on the 2nd device too?
I have access to registry if required.
Please, step-by-step for dummies ;-)
