Hi does anyone know how to do a run as from the command line for local area connection.

I am trying to turn off the firewall but power users do not have rights. Would like to do it by putting in my credentials so I dont have to log off.
Thanks.

Might be easier to do 'Run as...' on explorer.exe.

If you do this using the 'Administrator' account and password then you can open the Control Panel and disable the firewall without logging off the currently logged on user account (assuming that the 'Secondary Logon' service is running).
