This may be obvious to some but has solved a compatabilty issues for me.
I've found that "Run As Administrator" is seperate to "Run As Another User" pcname\Administrator.
We bee unable to get a program to work under our domain account, despite being an adminon the pc and using the "Run As Administrator" setting. As soon as I do pcname\Administrator it works.
Now the programme I use caches the last login details, and it only pulls up the info for the pcname\Admin account (as the normal account crashes before it logs in).
So if you find it fails to run, try loging in with local admin account instead.
Hope this helps out some people.

We've all heard that a million monkeys banging on a million typewriters will eventually reproduce the entire works of Shakespeare. Now, thanks to the Internet, we know this is not true.
