Hi - this problem seems to be confined to a specific user's laptop. Brand new XP system, but when you click on the Run Adv. Prog Applet in control panel, it just does nothing at all - why? how can I fix?
Hi you'll need to dig through the client log files to see what's actually happening.
Alternatively - remove and reinstall the SMS client, make sure the Site code can be discovered correctly, that you have your site boundaries configured correctly etc.
