I'm trying to run a report to find out how many 1120/1140 phones are still on our system so we can work with our customers to help move them to the new J-Series phones. How can I run the report and export that to Excell?

Run a report to find the old 1120/1140 phones on our network

Are you running them with Device Adapter, or are they on a CS1000/etc ?
If it's a CS1000, do what janaya said above.
If it's Device Adapter you can run a report in System Manager, eg:
- Status
