Run a macro each time an excel workbook is opened

Hi,

I've searched the forum and found similiar questions, but all seemed much more complexed than what I need:

I want a solution that, each time a file called auditmaster.xls is opened, runs a macro called 'compare', and then saves as a new file and adds the date and time to the name.

Please let me know if I have articulated this request clearly.

Correction:

My ultimate goal is when auditmaster is opened, it makes a copy of a file called weekly.csv, runs a macro called 'compare', and finally save it as weekly.xls(date and time)
