Run a .Exe

I need to run a ".exe" from a IE browser on Windows 2003 Server. What I need to do it ?

What do you mean by "from a IE browser"? Press an asp:button and execute the exe?

I created folder on IIS and the file was there.
That error is a 404 suberror 3 (Not Found) when i tried to run this. What kind of permissions that I need on Windows 2003.

is typed in the browser???
