Run a batch program under different account

The server is logged on as local administrator. Is there any way to run a batch program within a script under a domain account (who is a memember of the local administrators group). I mean, is it possible to supply the user/password in the command line so it does not prompt for password. The program needs to access an external MS Access mdw file where the domain account has access permission. At present, running under local administrator has prompt for permission related error.
