I set up a rule to forward e-mail messages to an internet mail account, and the rule does not work. Currently have Outlook 2002 in Exchange 2000 environment.
I searched in Microsoft knowledge base and could not find an answer relating to Exch 2000, only to 5.5.
Has anyone out there experienced the same problem? If so, any hints as to what to do will be very helpful.
Thanks,
DM

In the Active Directory Users and Computer, create a "contact" where you want to forward your email.

Next step is to go to the users that you want their email to be forward. You must click somewhere in Active Directory Users and Computers on the advance tab (cant seem to remember.) so you can view Exchange advance. Click the users you want to have the mail forward by going to Exchange advance (somewhere in the tab that has Exchange) There is a place where you click on a button and have that mail forward by browsing the Active Directory. Look for the contact you created.

I hope that will help you but that is how I forward my mail.
