My colleagues use Rules Wizard to have the server automatically reply to emails in their absence (we have found that Out of Office Assistant doesn't reliably send emails to both external and internal emails received.
I have set a button on the Outlook toolbar that takes the user to the Rules Wizard screen where they can activate/deactive this rule.
Is there a way I can create a toolbar button that actually turns a particular rule on or off ?
I've heard on this forum that there's no Macro Recording functionality built into Outlook itself - but perhaps there's another way of achieving this or someone has created a similar macro in VBA that I could adapt to my rule name I am using ?

Julia
