Rules Wizard in Outlook 2000 & Exchange 5.5

I have some Rules wizard freaks here at my Firm who love to max out their mailbox. i know there is a limitation on Exchange 5.5 that will only allow a cerain amount of Rules per mailbox. Does anyone have a workaround or solution to this problem? That will allow unlimited or more rules to be applied to a mailbox
