Everytime a certain user opens up Outlook she gets a "Rules in Error" pop-up message. The details of the error say that a Rule called Server-Requested Client Action and the Error is MoveCopy, Unable to create dest msg. Simply
clicking Close will make it go away until she opens Outlook again.

I went thru all here rules and I 'think' the problem was with a rule that was suppose to move a message to a certain folder, but she later deleted the folder in Outlook. Removing that rule didn't solve the problem. Removing all the rules didn't solve the problem. Loggin on to another computer doesn't help either.

Any way around this?

WILD STAB....

recreate the folder and see what happens

We have a user who's been having the same problem for a while. I haven't found any Microsoft article documenting the problem for Exchange 2000, only ver 5.5. I've tried recreating the user's profile - no luck. The problem also occurs when logging in to Outlook via a Citrix session, so it doesn't appear tied to the user's workstation.
