Rules Folder re-creation

Hi,
I'm running Notes 5.08...and my mail database doesnt' seem to have a Rules folder. I don't know if it was because of the template that it was created with or if it was simply deleted. How can I get a rules folder back without doing anything destructive to my mail file?

I remember reading something about this in the Notes.net Iris forum. It mentioned something along the lines of replacing the design with the template or something like that - to stomp the new design over the old. If you do a search in the R5 Iris discussion db, I'm almost certain it was there!!

PS to previous post - please don't just stomp on the design - check it out first. I am working from a vague memory, not full blown fact. Replacing the design on a database can remove lots of things you don't want to disappear!! PLEASE CHECK THAT THE PROCESS IS CORRECT FIRST!!
