I have a generic mailbox for several departments and i am using rules and alerts to move spacific emails to their designated folder. The rule doesn't work consistent.
I.E. if the email has was sent to xxx.pr@xxx.com then I want the rule to move it to the PR folder.
The problem i am having is that the rules are applied correctly and are running at the server side. but the emails are not moved correctly. Most are left in the main mailbox.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
