How can I change the RULER MEASUREMENT in crystal report design/preview tab from "centimeter".?

The settings are based on the settings in Windows - under the settings, look for something like International settings, or Regional Options (depending on your version of Windows), and hunt around for somewhere that you have specified a measurement system of metric. Malcolm Wynden
