Rule to Send email

I would like to create a rule to send out a specific email template to another account when I receive new email. For example I want to send out a short email to my yahoo account that simply says "You have new mail." I don't want this to be the forwarded message (that is against company policy).

All I see is a reply to and a forward option. Can someone tell me how to do this (I've already created a template, I just need to fire it off).

I'm using Outlook 2003 btw...
