Rule to handle read receipts

Is it possible to create a rule in Outlook 2000 to send read receipts to a subfolder under the Inbox? I tried looking for "Read" or "Not read" in the subject and "Your message" in the body, but it doesn't work. This is the first rule in the list. I have quite a few rules for other messages that all seem to work fine.

Hi Nittany92.
It definitely works because I do this...
My rule looks for emails with 'read:' in the Subject Line, moves them to a subfolder, and then marks them as read.
