Rule not forwarding mail

I have a rule set up to forward mail destined for my account to another account - however, this does not now work. The mail does not get forwarded, even though the rule is set up correctly.
 
You'll need to be a bit more descriptive. Can you describe your rule?

Do you have any other rules that take presidence?

 
We recently upgraded to Exchange Server 5.5 at work. Prior to this my rule worked, but it doesn't now. The rule is the only one set up, and it says to forward all mail coming into my company account to my internet account. I believe that nobody's mail in the company will now forward via a rule. Hope you can help.
 
I admit I don't know why, but for starters have you tried deleting the rule, exit outlook, restart outlook and re-entering the rule?

I'll keep looking...good luck
 
By saying you have a rule set up I assume you are using your email client to forward the mail.

What happens when forwarding is set up on the Exchange Server itself?
