Rule Dependent On Day-Of-Week

I'm trying to figure out how I, as a user, can delete emails only on the weekends. The emails are always from the same sender with the same subject, so part that is easy enough. But I really want to do this only on the weekends without having to activate a rule every Friday.

PS - I hope it's OK to ask this sort of end-user question here.

Rules are checked when new mail arrives, so you do not need a rule to do this, you need to schedule an agent.

That means that you need to write an agent that runs on Sunday (for example), goes through your Inbox and does the stuff you need it to do.

Of course, you'll probably need to write it LotusScript for maximum efficiency. Do you have a Notes Designer client installed ? If you don't, you'll have to ask someone in the IT department for help.
