Emails coming from an Exchange system

Mostly OK but every now and again
Subject is ?windows-1252?B?RlNCIEludml0YXRpb24gdG8gIkxpZnRpbmcgdGhlIEJhcnJpZXJzIiBQcmVzZW50YXRpb24gMzFz dCBBdWd1c3Q=?=

Always similar never the same Body and all other aspects OK
I use TBird 1.5.0.5 but others have the same problem from the same server with AOL and others

Any ideas anyone??
