RTVDAT from TAATOOL

I use RTVDAT out of TAATOOL, but I noticed that the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc) is off by one day after December 31, 2039. Does anyone knows what is going to happen to users using this utility from TAATOOL after 12/31/2039. Does IBM has a fix for this problem?

TAA tools is a commercial product sold by Jim Sloan Inc. (

so "IBM" won't be doing anything. You should contact Jim Sloan for support.

If you are using the old IBM version - which hasn't been supported since V3R1 or so - then you are on your own and will have to study the source code to establish the cause of the error.
