RTTI Compilation Error

Im, trying to compile a small file using a game programming library i have. When i compile I get this error.

Fatal F1003 c:\Borland\Bcc55\include\WO_Object.h 17: Error directive: Code must be compiled with RTTI (Settings -> C++ -> Category: C++ Language -> Enable RTTI)

How exactly do I turn this on? Thx for any help.
