response:
"no card inbstalled at requested slot - RTS aborted"

however I ran command BUSY 2 1 2 and it busied the dual t1 framer I have installed in mmc slot 1.

why is it now giving me this error?

sorry that was probably very confusing.

I first busied out the card in order to make some changes, and now it is giving me the error when I try to RTS.

this is a 3300 MXe with software version 8.0.10.7_1

this is supposed to be a PRI. when I set up the integrated digital access option in the link descriptor form, I so far have chosen ISDN NODE.

when I choose ISDN NODE I get these error messages.

when I choose T1D4 I can show state of the card and busy out trunks and rts the trunks.

I hate mitel. by the way.

It sounds like the card isn't programmed. You said you busied it out to make a change, it sounds like you may have unprogrammed it.

I can understand your frustration, if you need help, let me know, I might be able to walk you through this or even help collaborate the effort. Post your email if you need. I will send you a link to allow me to see what you are doing.
