My docs refer to it being the number of ringing cycles.

So ringing cycles are just the number of times it rings or a time interval?

Also I do not see RTQO in my printout, I assume I have to enable RTQT first (it is set to 0 now) correct?

At RTQT enter the number of rings you want to be presented at the phoneset before sending the call back to queue.

At RTQO enter NRD to put the phone on Not Ready, enter MSB to put the phone on Make Busy and log it out.

We always use MSB so if all phones end up getting logged out, then the call will be treated by the NCFW. If you use NRD, then you could possibly end up with a situation where someone will be on hold for a long time.
