Hi All,
We are currently using Genesys to route calls through a symposium 4.2 and an 81C rel 25. We are experiencing AML link resets when we have 240 calls in queue. We have turned on the AML log and see the following message..

===========================================================
-------- Input Thu May 19 21:51:00.140 2005 (51:00.156)
IEI CCR RTO Threshold Exceed
03 14 00 00 00 00 1e 42 20 72 00 00 header (12 bytes)
95 01 02 Subtype (CCR RTO Threshold Exceed)
96 04 06 a5 11 87 Call Id

===========================================================

Can someone give some direction as to which component exceeded the threshold (PBX, ELAN, AML Symposium..) Also, has anyone experienced similar issues with third party applications and Symposium, and if so what did you do to correct the issue.

Thanks in advance!

Are you getting CSA106, 105 and 104

If you are, the problem is with the Genesys not providing treatment to the call quick enough. RTO is the request timer.
