I am the onsite technician for a large inbound call center using an Opt. 81C. I just received a request from one of our ACD-DN groups to translate the incoming RTN into a Name to display on the resulting phone. For example, a call comes in with a seven digit RTN 1234567 and the customer would like the representatives LCD display to show "Client Name". Currently, the RTN is displayed. How can I make this change?
