RTMT v.10 Alerts on D and B Channels

I'm getting alerts from RTMT that specify D Channel is out of service, and sometimes includes B channels out of service. I have 2 PRIs that are giving similar alerts, and the local carrier is about useless- they always say it's in the CPE. If that's the case, I'd like to be able to fix it. (I have RTMT v.10, CUCM v.10.5. Cisco router 2911 with VWIC3-2MFT-T1/E1. We have made no changes are likely to cause this issue). Any ideas? Here is the most recent alert:
