RTMB Route Access

Hi to all,



Now we access the routes in priority way like this:

First Call: trk 19 0 (route 81 Member 1)
Second Call: trk 19 1 (route 81 Member 2)
Third Call: trk 19 2 (route 81 Member 3)

The others five trunks are IDLE. So, when a new incoming call is in, and the trnk 19 0 is IDLE for instance, that trnk is ready for that call. So, the problem is that the others trnk is not often used due to the first one have the high priority, only when those are Busy the other trk will be used.

How Can I change the way to access those trnk.? I mean, once the tnk 19 0 is busy, and then is Idle, the next call uses the trnk 19 1 and so on.

I do know you have your RDB set for LIN and you want it set to RRB, that way it will take the next trunk in order.
