I'm using the rtfcontrols class to format the text in a RichTextBox ActiveX ole control. It works beautifully for TrueType fonts, but for type 1 (PostScript) fonts the only size that is available is 72point. Does anyone have any ideas about where I might be going wrong

Thanks for your help

I see this message has been around a while with no answer. Since I'm working my way out of 6 pages of messages I got behind, I don't know if you asked again or elsewhere.

I don't know the answer myself, but it's suspicious that it's only the largest size of type which is available. I suspect that there's some property of the true-type font sets which are defaulting to 0 and that this is translated into the largest available size.

You might be able to search on true-type fonts in another forum here and get somewhere (say the Microsoft office forum and find something if you haven't allready.
