HOW CAN I TRANSFET TEXT FROM ONE RTF CONTROL TO ANOTHER RTF CONTROL.............PRESERVING THEIR FONT AND SIZE.............LIKE IN YAHOO MESSENGER.........I TYPE A MESSAGE TO SEND IN SELECTED FONT..........AND THAT SAME FONT APPEARS WHEN I SEND THE MESSAGE...........HOW THEY PRESERVR THE FONT..............I DONT WANT ANY NETWORKING SOLUTION.BOTH MY CONTROLS ARE IN SAME FORM.????????????????????????????????

You may be able to copy the text to the clipboard in RTF format and paste it into the new RTF in RTF format from the clipboard.
I thought RTF box in VB can return you the RTF text anyway?
eg.
dim RTFText as string
RTFText = RichTextBox1.TextRTF
