Im looking to set up a pc with symposium 5.0 thin client to use strictly for Real time Displays, does anyone have any input as to what Brand/Model of PC/video card has the best outputs to provide the clearest display to 2 maybe 3 large 42"-52"LCD monitors about 50' away?

Thank you for your help.

Rick

If it were me I would get the cheapest available, it is hardly fast action or high res stuff that requires a lot of processing. Do get LCD not plasma, a plasma screen will "burn" an image very quickly.

I found we burn in on LCD as well! But we use a junk PC with regular VGA into a black box 4 way VGA splitter (cdw.com) and 4 50 foot vga cables (cdw.com). One thing i will suggest to help with the burn in is set the box to automatically go into sleep when the call center closes and wake back up just before they open. I forgot what share ware program i found to do that with... I agree the GRTD isnt all that video intensive, regular VGA should be cool.

Thank you both for your input,if anyone is interested I found the Sharp AQUOS LC-52D64U $1,179.00 w/FREE SHIPPING hdhut.com 7/16/09

we use LCD monitors 24/7 no burn outs so do not worry about it. But I have seen burn-out plasma on air-port terminal
