RTD - resetting at wrong time

My RTD are resetting at 7 PM. I have double checked the RTD setting and our interval is set at 12 hrs starting at 8 AM. I checked the server time and the pc time they're both the same. any thoughts???

when ur daily routines in meridaian run. it may be because of that.

I am fairly new to Symposium, & I am trying to set the reset at 8am & 10pm. I have heard that I can only have a maximum of 12 hrs. Is this true? If so is there a workaround?

I have the same problem my RTD is set to reset at 9:00 am doesnt reset till 10:00 am? Anyone have any other suggestions what to check?
