RTD - Real Time reporting on CCMA Co-Resident server

Have replaced our Symposium server with a Co-Res CCMA/CCMS server and can't get the RTD to work when connecting from my workstation. I get the error message "The system could not retrieve any data from the server" message.

It works fine when I run it on the Co-Res server Internet explorer. It also runs fine when accessed from a separated CCMA server (we had build this before deciding to go co-resident)

Anyone experienced this problem.

Anyone is having Co-Resident server and Real Time working?

Make sure the RSM setting on the CCMS server are in the range your network equipment will support. I have seen in a Cisco environment that you have to use 225.x.x.x instead of the default 230.x.x.x
