RTD pop-up when threshold exceeds

Is there a way to have the Real Time Display pop-up to fron of the screen when a threshold has been exceeded?

I'm running SWC rls 4.5 su05

You can't have a Real Time Display pop to the front, but you can do it if you load Agent Desktop Display software. this is normally intended for the agents.
