RTD error status code FFFFFFFF

Good Day,

We use IEX to connect to the CCMS RTD port so we can retrieve the login/logout status of agents....

We are receiving the following status: "ffffffff" (8 x 'f')

Any idea what does this status represents??

How does IEX log into the CCMS? Did you create a user ID and password using the Utility client?
 
Yes IEX connect using an user RTDDATA that is in the AdminGroup. This was created using the Server Utility.
 
We just upgraded a center from SCCS 4.2 to CCMS and all I had to do is re-create the user id for IEX on the server utility client.

I would look at IEX and network (LAN). If you can, try to log in the IEX right on the C-LAN segment the servers are on (to eliminate any LAN issues). If that doesn't work, throw the issue to IEX. They may need an update for CCMS.
