On SCCS 4.2 NS040206SU14S we're seeing on a few scripts some calls waiting with wait times into the millions (e.g. 1000000 seconds)
What could cause this type of error?
Nortel Patch, or scripting error?
Checked all Meridian Mail ports idle, so it's not a stuck call there?
Any ideas?

The cause of phantom calls can be scripting issue and nortel patches has been known to create a little problem from time to time.

At this point, I would say clear it by resetting the RTD service on the server.

If it happens again, you might want your vendor to start investigating why this is happening. Your vendor should be able to turn on traces from the server and attempt to capture the event. Or if you know about the SCCS/SECC traces you can attempt it yourself. Just keep in mind, turning on traces is one thing, reading them is another.

Side note: SCCS 4.2 is EOL - Dont expect Nortel to help unless the system is dead and you'll need a PO

One other thing you might want to double check are that resources are properly acquired. Especially if this problem just started to occur, did someone make a change on the system without properly de-acquiring and re-acquiring resources. Check that all CDNs and TNs are properly acquired.

There are a ton of patches that will address this issue. Also, you can clear them out with PSCAN.
