RTD blinking off and on

running contact center 6.0 toay Monday July 22 the RTD just started to blink off and on any help would be appriciated thanks

Need more information. Is the RTD on agent desktop display, or supervisor CCMA web page? Everyone gets this or just some. If CCMA web page then all displays or certain displays (agent, skillset, application)?
