Changing the RTC is easy enough - change it directly via vxworks or via the ESM.
But changing the E2T will depend on whether it currently gets it's IP address using static addressing or DHCP. You probably will need to change the E2T first.
You will also need to change any DHCP scopes to point to the new RTC address - for the phones to keep working.
If you are networking with other MiVB's you will need to change the ICP/PBX assignments to match so IP trunking keeps working.
