RTB Not Responding Activity Log

Hi Guys

Just found out how to access the Activity Log and noticed the following error come up every minute without fail, any idea what it means?

RTB Not Responding

What release are you on and service pack? 8.02sp2 and earlier, you are to kill 'smsvr_mon task' to correct the problem. Kill PID. RTB stands for real-time bridge.

We are on 8.3, thanks for the info ;) its hard to find any documentation on errors messages..
