rsync between windows and linux

hi,
i am trying to rsync some file between windows machine to a linux machine. The problem is that they are at two different locations and the windows doesnt have a static ip.....is rsyncing at all possible?

Install some app onto windows (such as Cygwin) which has rsync and then rsync to whatever machine you want. As long as the IP is static on the linux server, that's all that matters. It works just fine being run on machines that have a dynamic IP. So yes, rsyncing is easily done, the same as from a machine with a static IP.
